They select and evaluate all electric cars offered in Germany based on their specifications. Efficiency and sustainability are just as important as performance, comfort, and quality.

The unique and highly comprehensive electric car database provides the basis for the class categories . The winning models are honored in the following categories:
Small/mini car
Compact class
middle class
Upper middle class
upper class
Submission categories
In the submission categories , all companies are invited to submit their electric car models and innovations in the mobility transition segment.
The following categories are available:
• Best electric car family
• Best electric car fleet
• Best electric car in town
• Best electric car design
• Newcomers to electromobility
• Pioneer of the mobility transition
In the first four categories, companies can submit new electric vehicles that are offered for sale or lease in Germany. Companies and brands can be submitted to the "Electromobility Newcomers" category. And in the "Mobility Transition Pioneers" category, electromobility projects beyond electric cars can also be submitted.
